Ms. Ng Kang Yun graduated with LL.B Honours Degree from the Multimedia University in 2012. She was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 12 th April 2013.

Ms. Ng Kang Yun thereafter started her pupillage at Messrs Tan, Ng & Ong under Ng Chee Keong. She subsequently practiced law in Messrs Kington Tan Dzul as a Legal Assistant in 2013 in which she has gained wide experience and vast exposure in handling sale and purchase agreements for various developers’ projects, advising developer on the latest law in relation to property development, advising the developer/Joint Management Body on forming of the Management Corporation, preparing loan documentation for banks including Islamic banking legal documents, advises on commercial transactions, advises on all legal aspect of land matters including the drafting of the following significant agreements:

Ms. Ng Kang Yun subsequently joined Messrs Chew Kar Meng, Zahardin & Partners in 2014 as Legal Assistant to enhance her career in law further. Prior to joining Messrs Elaine & Shiuann, she also joined Messrs Ngan, Arifah & Chai also as a Legal Assistant in 2017. She is presently Head of the Corporate and Conveyancing Department and also assists from time to time in general civil litigation and dispute resolution including research with the current trend in law especially in the area of land law and company related matters.
