Ms. Lim Cai Chin graduated with LLB (Hons) from the University of London (External) in year 2012 and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in the following year. She commenced her pupillage at Messrs S. E. Wong & Co. under the guidance of Mr. Wong Sang Eng in October 2013 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2014.

She joined Messrs K.P. Low & Co. as a Legal Assistant in September 2014 where she gained experience in civil litigation, conveyancing and family law matters. She subsequently rejoined Messrs S. E. Wong & Co. as a Legal Assistant in 2015 and continued her practice primarily in the areas of conveyancing, tenancy, probate and administration of estate.

Throughout her years of practice, she has gained vast experience in handling acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial and industrial properties, drafting and vetting sale and purchase agreements and other related agreements, preparing loan documentation of various financial institutions and advising clients on land matters and estate planning

Ms. Lim Cai Chin joined the Firm “Elaine, Yun & Associates” as a Partner in September 2019 and is committed to providing quality and ethical legal services to all clients of the Firm.
