Ms. Gan Shin Lein graduated with LL.B Honours Degree from Multimedia University (MMU) in year 2012 and commenced her pupilage at Messrs Ti-Hazalan & Co. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 20 February 2014 and subsequently practicing as an advocate & solicitor in Messrs Ti-Hazalan & Co. until November 2022.

She has then joined Messrs Elaine, Yun & Associates as a Legal Assistant.

She is focused mainly on conveyancing practice. She specializes in all sorts of conveyancing practice including sale and sub-sale of properties, land dealing, perfection of transfer and charge, preparing loan documents for conventional and Islamic financing and drafting and reviewing legal documents including agreements and other documents in relation to conveyancing. She is also experienced in handling corporate and business loans documentation of various financial institutions.
