Ms. Elaine Foong graduated with LLB (Hons) in year 2012 from the Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne and began her Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) in 2013. She is a member of Middle Temple Inn, United Kingdom. She commenced her pupilage in February 2014 at Messrs Ng & Yeong under the guidance of Mr. Ng Chung Yee and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in November 2014. Subsequently, she joined Messrs Tee, Tan & Partners as a Legal Assistant in year 2015 .

Ms. Elaine Foong is currently one of the Managing Partner of the Firm and she is highly independent, absolutely focused in her work and areas of practice as well as committed to providing the best practical and legal solutions available to clients of the Firm at all times. She is involved in area of civil litigation practise and argue cases at all tiers of the Malaysia Courts inclusive of trials and appeals in areas of practice such as construction & engineering disputes, maritime law, commercial law, employment, contract law, negligence, divorce and family law, banking litigation, intellectual property disputes, arbitration, bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings, land law disputes, industrial relations dispute, probate administration of estates and various fields of corporate litigation in particular revolving around breach of trust.

Ms Elaine Foong is a Registered Trademark Agent registered under the firm. She has dealing with all the Trademark registration, advising client not only on Trademark registration but also on Copyrights, Patents and Industrial Design. She has entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with Beijing Zhike Joint Intellectual Property Agency, a China GovernmentLinked Company with from time to time, providing services, consultation, advise, and registration in Intellectual Property Law in Malaysia.
